After 24 hours of travel, a cancelled flight and arriving in Louisville instead of Cincinnati, we finally made it back home to Owen County!
We just finished an amazing, once in a lifetime trip and we wanted to take a moment to thank you. We made this blog to keep people up to date on our adventures, but that wouldn't have been necessary if we weren't so blessed by being supported by so many people. So thank you to everyone who prayed for our travels, who encouraged us and who continue to support us.
We especially would like to thank both of our parents: Jerry & Regina and Rusty & Christy. Without them this trip would not have even been conceivable. They encouraged us to travel by taking us on trips when we were young, they taught us to do our best and achieve as much as we could, they supported us when we went to school and when we wanted to get married, they have helped us financially by helping us set up a home and then moving us after graduation which helped us save for our trip...the list could go on literally forever. What we really want to say is "Thank you. Thank you for everything!"
Since we had such positive reactions to the blog while we were overseas we plan to use it to post more of our adventures when we move to Virginia in August. Although it won't be everyday, we hope to be able to share pictures of our new home, our travels around the D.C. area, and the unforeseen but inevitable adventures of life with you. Again, thank you all for your love and support. It is much appreciated!
